About Royal-AI

Royal-AI is a solo AI studio for service businesses.

My name is Przemyslaw Rusiewicz. I design, code, and deploy websites, chatbots, and automations that take manual lead handling, repetitive customer questions, and routine process work off the business owner's plate.

  • One person Conversation, code, and support without middlemen.
  • System Website, chatbot, and automation in one setup.
  • Start Prototype for $0 in 5 business days.

No account managers, no handoffs, no invoice before you see a working part of the system.

My name is Przemyslaw Rusiewicz. I hired myself because I decided it was a good business. For me and for you.

I've been working with technology and the web for several years. First on individual projects, then increasingly on systems. What I do at Royal-AI today is the sum of those years plus the new balance of power that 2024 and 2025 brought: AI matured to the point where one person with the right technology can build in 5 business days what a traditional agency needs four months and five full-time employees for. That is not a slogan. It is math.

I build websites, chatbots, and automations, but those are tools, not the definition of the work. The definition is simpler: I take work off small business owners that humans should not be touching. I work alone, without account managers, project managers, or middlemen. One phone number, one email, one person responsible for the conversation, the code, the deployment, and the support after launch.

01

A small business has a real problem, not a corporate budget.

I founded Royal-AI in 2026 because I see a real business opportunity, and I am not going to pretend it is charity. Small service businesses pay people for repetitive work that AI now handles faster, cheaper, and even at three in the morning.

02

A traditional agency is often too heavy for this kind of job.

A large upfront budget for a website plus a separate subscription for automation does not work for a salon with three chairs or a workshop with fifteen appointments a week. These businesses have money to grow, but not enough to carry agency overhead.

03

A solo studio closes the gap between need and price.

Solo, because today you can. Affordable, because solo. With a prototype for $0, because I do not want you signing anything blind. I want you to see the system working in your business first, and only then talk about money.

04

The shared incentive is simple: your result becomes my business card.

I do not offer the free start as charity. I need you to profit from it, because otherwise I do not profit either. I take a few clients at a time, not dozens, because every project has to become my best case study for the next conversation.

Stack

Stack and how I work.

16 tools in 5 groups. The stack exists so the business gets a working system, not a list of acronyms to admire.

When I say no

Who Royal-AI is not for.

Not every business needs automation right away. I would rather give an honest "not yet" than sell a system just because AI is trending.

Too little volume

Three appointments a day do not always need a system.

A small clinic that still handles everything by phone and paper may not recover the implementation cost in a reasonable time. In that case, it is better to wait.

No numbers

If we do not know what is leaking, we do not know what to automate.

When a client cannot tell me how many leads they lose per day or how many hours they burn on manual handling, we count first. Only then do we build.

No owner

If nobody makes decisions, the project stalls.

I do not take on work where five people have veto power and nobody owns the result. There should be one person on your side and one clear goal.

AI fashion

AI for show does not pay the bills.

If you only want to add "AI" to the website without a process, data, and repetitive work to remove from people, it does not make sense. Problem first, tool second.

Offer chaos

An automation will not fix a messy price list.

When the service, price, and rules are different in every conversation, the system only spreads chaos faster. First we clean up the decisions, then we connect the technology.

What should you remember? Royal-AI does not sell just a website. It builds a small operating system for a service business: visibility, contact, automation, and support after launch.

Who is the founder of Royal-AI?

Przemyslaw Rusiewicz. He founded Royal-AI in 2026, independently, without investors. He works from Poland, remotely for businesses across the country and the EU. Strategy, code, client conversations, post-launch support, and the decision of who not to take on all go through him.

Where does the name Royal-AI come from?

Friends jokingly call me "princess". When I was looking for a name for the company, I decided I would not come up with a better idea than monetizing my own nickname. The loud, bold colors are there on purpose to underline that.

Is Royal-AI a one-person company?

Yes, and that is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. At Royal-AI you speak directly with the person who builds, deploys, and then maintains the solution. That is why I take a few clients at a time, not dozens. Every project should become the best case study in the next conversation, not another ticket in a queue.

How is Royal-AI different from a traditional agency?

At Royal-AI there is no account manager, no sales layer, and no project handoff between departments. You speak with the person who diagnoses the process, writes the code, deploys the system, and later answers when something needs fixing. That lowers the cost and shortens the path from idea to working prototype.

Why stay solo instead of hiring a team?

Because at this stage Royal-AI's advantage comes from having fewer layers, not a bigger team. AI lets one person deliver strategy, website, automation, and support without typical agency overhead. If a project truly requires a team or ongoing operational staffing, I will say that before we start.

Can I start without changing my current stack?

Yes. First I check what you already use: forms, calendar, inbox, spreadsheets, CRM, payments, or booking software. The goal is not to replace everything. It is to connect the process so fewer things are copied manually. If a full tool change makes sense, you will get the reason, the cost, and the alternative.
